1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Missing Them Forever, K9 Everlasting, or Feline Everlasting (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

The Services provide free online memorial pages for deceased pets. K9 Everlasting is dedicated to dogs; Feline Everlasting is dedicated to cats. All services are operated by Missing Them Forever, a registered non-profit organization.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to create memorials or post tributes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.

Accounts are for individuals aged 13 and older. By registering, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Missing Them Forever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and store that content solely for the purpose of operating the Services.

You represent that you have the right to submit all content you post, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Uploading content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Using the Services for commercial advertising or spam.
• Posting content that sexualizes minors in any way.

6. Moderation

All memorial pages and tribute comments are subject to review. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Missing Them Forever does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
